Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, all custom and personalized sales are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or customer-provided information.
Please review all names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors and other personalization details carefully after initial mock up is sent to you.
TEAM, SCHOOL & FUNDRAISER ORDERS
Items purchased through a team, school or fundraiser store are made specifically for that order and are final sale unless the item is defective or an error was made by Designs by A2CM.
Please double-check your size and product selections before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.
If an item is damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, we will work with you to make it right. Photos of the item may be requested so we can determine the best resolution.
ORDER ERRORS
Designs by A2CM is not responsible for errors resulting from information provided by the customer, including incorrect spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors or other personalization details.
If we make an error, we will correct it.
CANCELLATIONS
Because many orders are made to order, cancellations may only be possible before production has begun. Once materials have been ordered, personalization has begun, or an item has entered production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
